Our Story

The story started with Joowon (Alex), an experienced support worker that loved supporting children and saw that they are often overlooked or not properly supported in the NDIS space
From there, Supporting Needs was founded to do things differently. We focus on building trust, confidence, and independence through community access, group activities, and meaningful experiences that help children feel included and capable in everyday life.
At the heart of everything we do is care—care for each child as an individual, care for their families, and care for creating support that makes a real difference over time.
